By using the Site and any related Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from PMP On-Demand.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Age limit

Age restrictions apply: PMP On-Demand does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention.

Intellectual Property and Service Duplication

All content, strategies, and information provided within PMP On-Demand Platforms and Services are the proprietary intellectual property of PMP On-Demand LLC. Unauthorized duplication, replication, or distribution of any elements of the Service, including but not limited to strategies, information, proprietary tools, templates, and any other materials, without express written consent from the founder is strictly prohibited.

Third-party duplication or representation of the program is only permissible through a licensed franchise agreement, which must be directly authorized and provided by the founder for a fee. Unauthorized parties are not permitted to misrepresent themselves as founders or as officially associated with PMP On-Demand LLC.

If you are found or reported to be in violation of these terms by duplicating, replicating, or misrepresenting the Service or its content, you will face immediate termination of all access to the Service. Legal action may also be taken to protect the intellectual property rights of PMP On-Demand LLC, and you may be subject to damages for trademark infringement and deceptive practices.

We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and will actively enforce our rights to ensure the integrity of our Service and the trust of our users.

Placing An Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Price

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding any processing or additional service fees. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Your information

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. This includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time- and effort-intensive nature of the products and services provided, PMP ON-DEMAND LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in effect without exceptions and includes the following specific terms:

Access and Waiver: Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to your program. This access initiates the service and constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.

Chargebacks and Service Termination: If a chargeback is initiated against PMP ON-DEMAND LLC for any transaction, your access to the program and any associated services will be immediately revoked. This action is non-reversible, and reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

Access Issues: The inability to access the program immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility to our services, and temporary access issues are typically resolved promptly.

Exceptions for Overcharges: The only exception to our no-refund policy will be in cases of a clear human error resulting in a duplicated payment. If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, PMP ON-DEMAND LLC will refund the additional transaction(s) upon notification and verification of the error.

By agreeing to these terms, you fully understand that once you are granted access to the program, you forfeit any right to a refund.

Discovery

Discovery is required for every program. You expressly agree to schedule your Discovery session to occur within 30 days of program purchase. Due to the time- and effort-intensive nature of the service, you also agree that you will forfeit your service if Discovery is not scheduled within this timeframe. The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the order is placed.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PMP ON-DEMAND LLC, on its own behalf and on behalf of its licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of a course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, PMP ON-DEMAND LLC provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

There is no promise or representation that you will make a certain amount of money, or any money, or not lose money, as a result of using our products and services. Any earnings, revenue, income statements, or other forms of results are strictly estimates. There are no guarantees.

As with any business, your results will vary and will be based on your personal abilities, experience, knowledge, capabilities, level of desire, and an infinite number of variables beyond our control, including variables we or you have not anticipated. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Each individual’s results will vary.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Responsibility

While PMP ON-DEMAND LLC strives to offer helpful and accurate information through our services, we are not responsible for the application or implementation of this guidance in personal business practices or customer interactions outside of our direct offerings. Participants are responsible for making independent decisions that best suit their own business needs.

Customer service is available to clarify program details, assist with general inquiries, and help navigate our services. However, it does not extend to managing or resolving external business challenges or individual customer disputes outside of our provided services.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMP ON-DEMAND LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misunderstandings, misapplications, or expectations of customer service extending beyond the support explicitly offered by our program.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that the service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall PMP ON-DEMAND LLC, its creators, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are a resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
